Application

The unit machine is applied to the washing and cloth-fur separation machine in pre-handing step for polyester cotton,,ramie cotton.pure cotton and their blend fabric for washing and separating cloth and fur after the step of desizing,bolling-off,whiten,chainless paddles,mercerzing and printing,which has effects that two or three sets,4 up and 5 down hot flat water wash done.

 

Main Structure And Working Principle

1.       Wash the fabric by dipping wash and strong spray of water blades.In this way,there are three big diameter rollers and nine strong water blades penetrating and washing the fabric,which is good for exchange fully between liquid on cloth surface and washing liquid.

2.       Spray,made from the big output volume pump and strong water blade,will increase water exchange,in which way there will be a tiny vibration between moving textile and washing liquid,which will be more effective for washing..

3.       The machine are equipped with new type automatic cleaning filter which will be cleaned by spray from cycling water pump system in order to save water and get rid of fur ,cloth and other foreign matter.
